Position Purpose |
To coordinate and manage administrative responsibilities for the clinical staff and to coordinate and manage the clinic support team, including the Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologist and the Appointment Office Customer Service Representatives, ensuring efficient and timely accomplishment of administrative and logistical clinic support functions.
To serve as administrative support and project coordinator for the clinical staff and the Clinical Medical Services Director and Associate Director.

Bachelors plus 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience |

In-depth knowledge of office management practices and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interact with others with tact and diplomacy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to respond appropriately to pressures, deadlines and frequent changes in priorities and schedules.
Initiative, sound judgment and ability to work independently.
Highly proficient with computer applications. |
Preferred Qualifications |
Three plus years of office management experience with a high degree of autonomy.
