Staffmark is hiring! Join our team as an Administrative Associate in Alabaster, AL. This is your chance to support operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a busy office environment.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:



  • Reconcile routes and support invoicing processes
  • Assist with accounts payable and monthly logging
  • Provide customer service and sales support
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, faxing, phone communication, and calculator use
  • Help with receptionist duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in Office Management, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
  • Monthly logging & Route reconciliation
