Distribution Associate

Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 12-hour shifts | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate supplies and materials, keeping pace with a fast-moving environment
• Ensure all orders are accurate and processed efficiently to maintain smooth workflow between workstations
• Stock and organize new merchandise as it arrives
• Communicate production or operational issues to management promptly
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and code of ethics
• Monitor inventory of production supplies and coordinate with Supervisor or Team Lead to reorder as needed
• Adhere to written departmental procedures and suggest improvements when necessary
• Work in a climate-controlled distribution center with a breakroom and overhead music; moderate to loud noise environment

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Previous distribution center, warehouse, or Internet fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10-12 hours)
• Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
