Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an IS Support Level Serv Spec Intermediate to join their team in Louisville.

Under general supervision provides highly responsive first and second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications and hardware. Utilizes moderate reasoning ability to research and resolve issues related to information systems. Analyzes user needs, documents requirements and revises or develops processes or procedures as necessary. Coordinates with Baptist Healthcare System Support Services network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to ensure information systems availability meets or exceeds standards established by Baptist Healthcare System Support Services.

Under general direction, formulate/define project scope and objective based on application specifications and user defined needs. Under supervision may act as a project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets that have hospital implications. May assist in the implementation of medium to large system-wide projects and act as the technical project coordinator for the local facility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and two years related experience or one-year direct experience.

• Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.
