Description The Commercial Relationship Associate performs various pre-loan activities for the purpose of bidding on loan transactions and loan set-up administration in support of commercial relationship officers and managers. Primary Responsibilities: Perform pre-screen underwriting and deal structuring to support loan bids Provide support to the origination team to achieve loan production targets Review third party reports, cash flow analysis, credit strength, property characteristics and all other information pertinent to the credit decision process on each application Complete financial and repayment analysis with a focus on cash flow, liquidity, and leverage analysis Develop and manage strong working relationships with brokers and other counterparties Partner with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, commercial loan officers, and servicing regarding commercial real estate finance and loan administration Create and distribute loan production reports, presenting to leadership as required Experience and Education Requirement: Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred Minimum one year experience in an analyst role supporting commercial and business lending function, including experience evaluating and analyzing complex tax returns Demonstrated flexibility to ever-changing business needs; with a strong track record to meet deadlines Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of stakeholders Ability to deliver effective stakeholder presentations to both peer and executive level audiences Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally handle sensitive documents Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Certification/License: N/A Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 \| (REMOTE) Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:$65k - $80k annually + quarterly incentives Benefits options include: Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) What makes First Tech different?
