Job Description:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of new and existing software applications with a strong focus on frontend technologies, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Drive UI/UX strategy by collaborating with designers and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces.
  • Utilize modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to frontend development teams, setting best practices, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements, propose innovative frontend solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry standards and best practices for frontend development.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend software defects and usability issues, ensuring optimal performance across browsers and devices.
  • Perform unit testing and assist in integration testing of frontend components, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, UI/UX trends, and development methodologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
  • Assist with the documentation of frontend solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and design systems.
  • Provide support to end-users, addressing frontend-related issues and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Strong experience in frontend development, including advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as hands-on expertise with modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular.
  • Demonstrated leadership in frontend development, including mentoring team members, setting best practices, and driving UI/UX excellence.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, with a proven ability to design and implement user-centric interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database design concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting frontend solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges, staying current with the latest frontend technologies and industry trend
