Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Design Technology Program Manager to join our team in Holland, MI.



As a Senior Design Technology Program Manager you will:



Create strategic direction and execution approach for Marketing Technology Design Tools to create competitive advantage for Haworth's sales/field members, dealer network, and customers.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute strategies for marketing design tools that reflects Haworth's product direction and supports corporate goals with precision and timeliness.
  • Lead marketing efforts for electronic business tools, including the creation of collateral and user education to promote tool effectiveness and brand alignment.
  • Drive tool adoption through strategic training programs for dealer designers and leaders, ensuring effective use and understanding across the network.
  • Translate complex product offerings into intuitive design tools that improve accuracy, reduce specification errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealer designers and internal stakeholders to support tool implementation, feedback integration, and continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar field of study.
  • 5 years experience in Commerical Interior Design, Commercial Architecture, UX Design, and Designer Training with Bachelor's Degree (OR 3 years related experience with Master's Degree)
  • Applicants must be able to work inHolland, MI without relocation assistance.
  • Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
  • Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Preferred Qualifications

  • Furniture Industry Experience.
  • Experience training designers and creating the content.
  • Experience in commercial interior design or architecture, training content creation and delivery.
  • Experience in Software UX Design.
  • Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
