Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

  • Provide classroom, lab, and hybrid instruction in industrial maintenance and automation.
  • Evaluate student progress, grade coursework, and maintain program accreditation standards.
  • Ensure lab safety standards are followed, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and PPE usage.
  • Develop curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, and program learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to maintain up-to-date program content.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.
  • Maintain equipment, request supplies, and participate in budgeting.
  • Attend professional development and serve on committees as assigned

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

What You'll Bring

  • Required:
  • Associate's degree in Industrial Systems Technology, Precision Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of recent in-field experience (within the past 7 years).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Advanced Manufacturing or related field.
  • Postsecondary teaching experience.
  • Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or industry-recognized certifications
