Test Associate

This is an on-site role in Redmond.

Pay Range: $22/hr - $25/hr

What You'll Do:

• Collect training data for robot AI models by teleoperating a robotic manipulator.
• Collaborate with research team members to analyze collected data and design improvements to the data collection protocol.
• Run AI training jobs to evaluate data quality.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Python (basic knowledge acceptable, including self-taught or hobby experience).
• 2+ years of experience with basic computer science and machine learning concepts.
• 2+ years of experience with Ubuntu/Linux (basic familiarity, even if only from home use).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with robotic manipulation.
