Overview

Join our marketing team and help us strengthen pursuit excellence by building the content foundation that drives winning proposals.

We're seeking a Proposal Content Library Specialist to support our marketing team by building and maintaining a central library of proposal materials. This role ensures resumes, project descriptions, and core pursuit content are accurate, consistent, easily accessible and easy to use across markets and divisions.

What You'll Do:

    Maintain a library of resumes, project descriptions, and pursuit content.
  • Create processes to ensure data is accurate, current, and usable for proposals.
  • Establish and follow best practices to capture technical information with marketing staff, business development, project teams and subject matter experts.
  • Write, edit, and refine content to ensure quality and alignment with brand and voice.
  • Provide guidance and training on library use and content updates.
  • Continuous improvement of CRM, Open Asset and all library tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all platforms.
  • Communicate new content updates to the marketing team.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proposal or content management experience (AEC industry preferred).
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM and content management systems, such as Open Assest
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across markets, divisions, and with technical staff.
  • Experience with InDesign and MSOffice/Microsoft 365

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
