About the Role

We're seeking aBusiness Transformation Associatewho enjoys simplifying complexity and supporting meaningful change. In this role, you'll work closely with teams across the organization to help identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and enable smarter, faster decision-making. Your focus will be on supporting initiatives that make a measurable difference-helping others do their best work by removing friction and fostering clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to uncover high-impact opportunities for improvement.
  • Use 80/20 thinking to help prioritize efforts that deliver the greatest value.
  • Support the development and execution of transformation plans that emphasize simplicity, speed, and scalability.
  • Assist in analyzing data to inform decisions, monitor KPIs, and evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts.
  • Help facilitate workshops and working sessions to align teams and clarify goals.
  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally in a support or operations-focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a practical mindset and a focus on simplification.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with 80/20 principles, Agile, or Lean methodologies is helpful but not required.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $80,000.00-$110,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
