Apply now Job Summary Racism remains a persistent determinant of racial inequities in health. Studies have examined how racism acts across several levels to shape the lived experiences of marginalized racial groups, particularly that of Black people in the United States. The research assistant will work alongside Dr. Jourdyn Lawrence to contribute to work examining how racism continues to shape the aging-related health and wellbeing of Black Americans, with specific focus on cognitive aging (e.g., preclinical indicators, measures of cognitive function, Alzheimer's disease and related dementias) Findings from this work will be used as the basis for manuscript development, grant applications, and intervention considerations. Additional Information This is a Part-Time temporary position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
