JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer to join a leading supplier of avionic-standard aircraft communications, navigation, and audio/intercom systems. This role will be responsible for leading troubleshooting and repair efforts for RF CCAs.

Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot and repair RF CCAs down to the component level, identifying root causes of failures in both analog and digital domains.
*Document failure modes found in troubleshooting for use in product improvement / re-spin efforts.
*Develop troubleshooting methods for use by manufacturing engineering and quality to create work standards.
*Perform RF testing, tuning, and alignment of assemblies using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other specialized test equipment.
*Collaborate with design engineering to provide feedback on recurring issues, design improvements, and corrective actions.
*Create failure analysis (FA) reports and documentation for internal teams and customers.
*Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve first-pass yield.
*Conduct detailed circuit analysis, signal integrity evaluation, and component characterization as needed.
