Job Summary:
VersaTech is hiring a
Part-Time Document Specialist (CMMI Certified) to ensure all HUD AMSS deliverables meet CMMI ML3 standards, are Section 508 compliant, and audit-ready.
Salary: $90 to $110 per hour (1099 contractor), depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: Washington, D.C. metro area (Hybrid)
What You'll Do:
- Draft SOPs, manuals, and user guides.
- Maintain version control and repository.
- Ensure compliance with HUD standards and CMMI ML3 DEV.
- Support audits, QA, and training documentation.
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently approved deliverables.
- Audit-ready documentation at all times.
- Well-structured repository for HUD staff.
Qualifications:
- CMMI certification required.
- 5+ years technical writing/documentation in federal IT.
- Experience with acquisition documentation (PWS/SOW).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Technologies You'll Use: Appian GAM(S) templates, Confluence, SharePoint, Section 508 compliance tools.
