Lubbock Senior Director 42376BR Arts and Sciences Position Description Manages and directs the day to day operations of a research center/institute or medium sized department. Plans, coordinates and supervises the operation and activities of the center/institute/department. Develops and implements policies and procedures, administers the budget, organizes tasks and sets priorities. The College has approximately 10,000 students enrolled representing more than a quarter of the overall Texas Tech University student population while maintaining a 22:1 student to faculty ratio. Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Six years progressively responsible management experience. Additional education beyond Bachelor's may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in marketing, public relations, advertising, creative media industries, or similar, plus experience in higher education.
