POSITION OVERVIEW:

Provides strategic leadership for IT end user services, ensuring reliable, secure and user-focused technology solutions that enable enterprise productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate a team of high-performing IT leadership and professionals fostering continuous improvement

2. Oversee the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of end user services, including device lifecycle management, repair/distribution, collaboration tools and document management systems.

3. Guide the adoption, optimization and secure management of productivity and collaboration platforms to enhance efficiency, compliance and user satisfaction.

4. Establish service standards, define performance metrics and recommend improvements to ensure reliable and user-focused IT services.

5. Provide strategic guidance on vendor relationships, contracts and technology lifecycle programs to maximize value and operational effectiveness.

6. Strategic leadership skills to define and execute enterprise-wide end user services strategy and drive operational excellence.

7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field

* Ten (10) years of progressive IT leadership experience in end user computing, service delivery or infrastructure support within large, complex organizations.

* Proven track record managing enterprise-wide service delivery, device lifecycle programs, and productivity or collaboration platforms.

* Strong knowledge of hardware/software provisioning, device management, enterprise collaboration tools and document management systems

* Experience driving operational excellence through IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and performance metrics

* Strong communication and influencing skills to engage executives, stakeholders and cross-functional teams and ensure adoption of IT solutions
