POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate a team of high performing IT leadership and professionals. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in information technology, data science, data management, business administration or related field * Ten (10) years of experience in data management, governance or related fields * Proven expertise in overseeing data governance, master data management (MDM), data lake management and legacy data management * Strong knowledge of data policies, standards and quality management * Experience with data management and integration of modern and legacy data platforms * Strategic planning skills to design and implement effective data governance and product strategies * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to oversee diverse data functions * Analytical problem-solving skills to drive data quality improvements and operational excellence JOB CONDITIONS: * Some travel required Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Pay: Additional Details: FedEx Freight is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
