Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-drivenPrincipal Agile Portfolio Managerto lead the evolution of our IT Portfolio toward a product-centric model focused on delivering measurable business value. This role will oversee a portfolio ofhigh-impact applications, services, and capabilitiesspanning infrastructure, security, compliance, and technical currency across U.S. IT. The role works in close collaboration with Corporate Technology, Finance, and Procurement to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and OKRs. Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital product development and initiative planning
  • Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

  • Skilled in lean process design and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with OKRs and agile portfolio backlogs

Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale IT portfolio or product management
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure, security, compliance, and technical lifecycle domains
  • History of process ownership and agile delivery enablement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
  • Advocates for collaboration, transparency, and trust
  • High energy and passion for inspiring teams
  • Promotes decentralized decision-making and team empowerment
Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve strategies across core IT capabilities and products
  • Champion a product mindset and measurable value delivery
  • Align portfolio products with strategic value streams: infrastructure, security, compliance, and technical currency
  • Lead intake, prioritization, and funding processes for IT initiatives
  • Drive quarterly planning and cross-team coordination to optimize delivery flow
  • Support financial planning, budget tracking, and ROI analysis in partnership with Finance and Procurement
  • Promote agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across U.S. IT
  • Enhance transparency through dashboards, reporting, and governance forums
  • Serve as liaison across IT, engineering, architecture, Corporate Technology, and leadership
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences
  • Facilitate cross-functional evaluation of initiatives for innovation, risk, and strategic fit
