Description Goodwill of Colorado MIG Aluminum Welders Applications Due by October 17th, 2025 Pay Range DOE: $22.00-$25.00/hour Work Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM JOB SUMMARY: Goodwill Staffing is a full-service staffing agency within Goodwill of Colorado. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Layout, position, and weld aluminum components using MIG welding Assemble parts by bolting, riveting, or welding Inspect and repair welded components as needed Ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols Perform other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
