The responsibility of this role is to provide operational excellence within the assigned districts. The Branch Manager drives change management plans, implements strategies and deploys tactics to attain short-term and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals. Through their leadership, the Branch Manager is responsible for achieving Ambius's goals and revenue growth, employee relations, business trends, and ensuring that company policies and standards are being met within the district. What do you need? Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Business operations experience * Business acumen * Skill in managing and leading assigned projects - understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings * Skill in organization and time management - ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple project coordinators, leads and/or managers at one time * Skill in group presentations and meeting management * Skill in providing clear and concise feedback * Attention to detail and analytical skills * Maintains a valid driver's license * Skill with Google suite (Docs, Hangouts, etc) * Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty. * Position may require frequent overnight travel Why Choose Us?
