As a 340B Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success and compliance of our 340B program. You will serve as the organization's subject matter expert and liaison for all 340B-related matters, providing guidance and support to both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the program, from data management and analytics to stakeholder education and training, while also leading initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency. A key part of your work will involve conducting self-audits, preparing for external reviews, and developing and implementing corrective action plans to maintain program integrity and adherence to regulations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Hourly Salary Range: $33.96-$69.54

Qualifications

We're seeking a dedicated clinical professional with:

  • CA Pharmacy Technician license (required)
  • Working knowledge of the 340B program, including State and Federal rules and regulations.
  • 3-5 years related work experience required; 2 years hospital work preferred.
  • Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area. Computer skill including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications which may include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical generic and trade names and their dosage forms, and the ability to cross-reference the most common drugs from memory.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical abbreviations.
  • Ability to work independently and follow-through on assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Telephone and verbal skills required to communicate clearly and effectively with pharmacists, nurses, physicians and other allied health professionals.
