Tower Semiconductor is a global specialty foundry leader! We specialize in manufacturing analog integrated circuits for more than 300 customers worldwide in growing markets such as automotive, medical, industrial, consumer and aerospace and defense, among others.

Evaluate and monitor wafer fabrication operations to maintain the process and process equipment. Investigate tool related processes, yield and rework problems. Assist engineers in the evaluation and implementation of process and equipment changes. Work on assignments that are moderately complex, where methodical problem solving is required and making recommendations.

Work Schedule:

A1 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 5:15am - 5:30pm

• You can set up and monitor process equipment per procedures.
• You can set up and perform diagnostic tests and evaluate results.
• You can disposition production lots that are out of control or specification limits and report discrepancies.
• You can conduct pre-production operations and prepare detailed record of procedures used results.
• You can verify modified Production Recipes for accuracy.
• You can evaluate procedures used by line operators.
• You can perform in-process control measurements and maintain records.
• You can assist in training production personnel.
• You can become familiar with software monitoring tools available in various Production areas.
• You can utilize bottleneck report to address priorities.

• 1 - 2 years technical experience in the semiconductor industry
• Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing tools, SPC, failure analysis, and various software monitoring tools.
• Computer literacy
• Some experience with MS tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Follow established procedures on routine work.
• Works in cleanroom environment
• Position is for A1 shift

Compensation:

Level 1-3:
- $21.63 - $27.39 / Hourly
Level Senior to Expert:
- $25.48 - $46.03 / Hourly
