What to Expect
The Failure Analysis Team's mission is to determine root cause and contributing factors to improve Tesla's products in collaboration with a large cross-section of other engineering teams. Engineers and Technicians on the team are responsible for a wide variety of Vehicle and Energy systems including the existing fleet and new products under development. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role that requires extensive hands-on failure analysis of electronic components. We are seeking an enthusiastic, fast-learning individual who will work closely with experienced engineers on analyzing, root causing, and reporting on electronic component issues involving systems such as infotainment, low voltage, power electronics, and battery systems among others. Expected Compensation
$30.50 - $58.33/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
