What you'll Brew The co-op with the Milton Production Sensory team will support daily production and sensory projects at the Milton Brewery location. Daily support includes daily taste panels (set up, execution, and clean-up) and sensory training. Sensory projects include building and expanding the training program, daily release panels, special projects, etc. Focus is on sensory for beer and other products as requested. The brewery environment is fast paced, so the co-op should have good time management skills and a strong work ethic, but also enjoy the comradery and fun team events with the brewery team. Each co-op and intern are encouraged to have weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with their manager to ensure their goals are aligned, and they are on the path to be successful at their time with Boston Beer. They are also required to do a final presentation that they present to the business leaders at the end of each cohort to demonstrate what they have learned.
