Job Summary Working under the general supervision of the ServiceNow Practice Leader, the Principal ServiceNow Developer plays a key role in designing and delivering scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The responsibilities include owning architecture and platform design decisions, developing robust solutions aligned with best practices, and mentoring developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. The Principal Developer also collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensures that delivered platform implementations are maintainable, efficient, and support business goals.
