Manager - Non-Invasive Cardiology & Vascular - 1.0 Full Time Day Shift - Henry Ford Macomb Hospital

Works collaboratively with the Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular Lab services management team, hospital physicians, staff and outside agencies to provide services to include stress testing, TEE (transesophageal echocardiograms), cardioversions, cardiac and vascular sonography, electrocardiograms and cardiac arrhythmia monitoring. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of all Non-invasive Cardiology and Vascular Lab departments. Plans, directs and manages cost effective patient care to assure compliance with standards, policies, procedures and budgets. Ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care through the utilization of appropriate staffing, supplies and equipment in accordance with accreditation and licensing requirements. Responsible for the ongoing development, hiring and evaluation of assigned associates. Accountable for the development/analysis of operational and revenue budgets for all Non-invasive Cardiology/Vascular departments. With the Director, works collaboratively to develop short/long term capital budget requirements for all Non-invasive Cardiology/Vascular Lab departments.
