Hours & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday - Wednesday | 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $17/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Wednesday | 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM | $18/hr
• Flexibility required for both shifts

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate in the sewing area, focusing on product creation
• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain top standards
• Prepare work efficiently for the next step in production
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and keep a clean, organized workspace
• Complete assigned tasks on time while meeting production deadlines
• Collaborate with supervisors, tech support, and peers
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional projects as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sewing experience, preferably in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs, crouch, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions
• Comfortable standing for long periods, with opportunities to sit while sewing
• Hard-working, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
