Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for D365 F&O applications.

* Establish a software testing program, including the creation of test strategy. test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

* Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.

* Conduct thorough regression testing, including integration testing, to ensure system stability and performance.

* Provide detailed documentation and reports on testing activities and results.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

* Develop and execute a test automation strategy to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

* Identify opportunities for automation and implement automated testing tools and frameworks.

* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

* Monitor and analyze test automation results to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.

* 10 + years in hands on Software Quality Engineering

* 3-5 years of experience working with D365 F&O, including at least one full F&O implementation.

* Proven experience in establishing a testing program.

* Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.

* Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, and experience with project management tools such as ADO and JIRA.

* Prior experience with integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, data warehouse, HRIS).

* Experience with SOX compliance, internal control, and audit processes.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
