Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct microbiological analyses on a variety of microbial species to support internal research studies.
*Develop and refine protocols for Colony Forming Unit (CFU) quantitation and other microbiological techniques.
*Perform viability and stability assays following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
*Process diverse sample types for microbial recovery and cultivation across multiple media types.
*Prepare, analyze, and communicate experimental data and findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
*Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
*Participate in general lab upkeep, including supply inventory, equipment calibration, and cleanliness.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Client, as well as with external partners as needed.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor"s or master"s degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
*Experience with microbial culturing, aseptic techniques, and microbial quantification methods.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex protocols accurately.
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaboration.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
