DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing driver licensing services to the public. Your responsibilities include greeting customers with professionalism, verifying their identification, assisting them in completing application forms, and entering data into online licensing systems. Additionally, you will distribute relevant forms and informational brochures based on customer needs. You will also conduct standardized knowledge tests to assess applicants' understanding of motor vehicle laws and perform vision screenings using a telebinocular instrument. A solid understanding of available services, such as REAL ID and non-REAL ID options, as well as the procedures for renewals, duplicates, and transfers, is essential. It is important to ensure compliance with fee waiver guidelines and customer service policies while issuing and scanning forms related to citizenship status. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime and travel as needed
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
