We are seeking an RFP (Request for Proposal) & Onboarding Coordinator manages the process of responding to requests for proposals, which are sent by companies seeking bids for new contracts or business opportunities. In addition, they play a key role in working with the Sales and Sales Support team to onboard the new client once the business has been awarded. They act as a project manager, organizing and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of high-quality proposals and the successful transition to the onboarding phase. Overview An RFP & Onboarding Coordinator is a key liaison between various departments, such as sales, marketing, marketing services, operations and legal, ensuring all parties provide the necessary information for the proposal. They are responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with subject matter experts, and ensuring that all documents are compliant with the RFP requirements. In addition, once the business has been awarded, the Coordinator is the point person for the successful transferring of client information necessary for the new client Onboarding Process.
