Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Top Skills Required: Project Management & Delivery - End-to-end project execution Technical Understanding - Chatbots (Netomi), UI, APIs, Cloud integrations Change & Impact Management - Handling scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations Nice to Have: Web/Mobile App experience, JIRA, Confluence, SDLC knowledge Key Responsibilities: Coordinate teams and vendors for flawless execution of Netomi enhancements Define project scope, monitor progress, and report status to management Ensure technical feasibility and manage project changes, risks, and budgets Track performance using JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheets/MPP Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives Technology & Domain: Tech Skills: UI technologies, Chatbots, CPSL services/API, Cloud integrations Domain Skills: Contact center conversations, Payments in customer transactions Project Tools: JIRA, Agile/Sprint, SmartSheets/MPP Qualifications: Degree in Business Management or related field PMP Certification preferred Proven experience managing technical projects Strong communication and organizational skills
