Position Title: Biologist Work Location: Worcester MA 01604 Assignment Duration: 12 Months Position Summary: The Protein Science group within Biologics and Genetic Medicine seeks a talented scientist to develop advanced and robust LC-MS analytical methods for the bioanalysis of various molecular formats, such as peptides and proteins. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative, high-resolution mass spectrometry-based methods for peptide mapping and intact protein analysis. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include sample preparation for mass spectrometry and other related analytical techniques, such as Western blotting, SEC-MALS, ELISA, and spectroscopic methods. The candidate will also maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, including biological sample extraction systems, HPLC, and LC-MS. Qualifications & Experience: Education -bachelor's degree, Masters preferred. Experience Level = 3-5 Years
