Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Consultant to support the team during an FMLA leave. The consultant will focus on charge router and hospital billing (HB) workflows, backlog cleanup, and knowledge transfer to junior team members. This role requires a strong understanding of Epic systems, particularly charge review work queues and revenue guardian edits. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve charge review work queues and revenue guardian edits. Support backlog cleanup, focusing on low-effort tickets and prioritization. Provide education and knowledge transfer to newly certified team members. Navigate Connect platform processes, including MHS ticketing for build migrations. Collaborate with operational leaders to address shifting priorities and urgent issues. Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Strong experience with Epic Charge Router and HB workflows (certification preferred but not required). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs. Familiarity with Connect platform and build approval processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
