Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (DWT) is seeking applicants for a paid 2L Diversity Law Clerk in the Energy, Natural Resources, and Environmental practice group for the Spring 2026 term of the student's academic year. The group has attorneys working in our Portland, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. offices and, while not required, 2L Law Clerk candidates who live near one of these offices may be able to visit the office and attend in-person meetings with attorneys. The law clerk will report to the Energy, Natural Resources, and Environmental partners and associates, and we will work with them to accommodate their academic schedule. The hourly salary for this position is $40.00/hour. Our Energy, Natural Resources, and Environmental group works on numerous cutting edge and innovative issues in the energy and environmental sectors affecting our country and our world, including climate change, emissions reduction, renewable energy development, natural resource risks, water conservation and management, sustainability and environmental justice.
