Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (DWT) is seeking applicants for a paid, remote opportunity for a 2L Diversity Law Clerk in its Real Property practice group for the Spring 2026 term of the student's academic year. This position provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in Real Property law while working alongside talented attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Real Property practice group includes attorneys based in our Seattle, Portland and Anchorage offices. While remote work is the default, candidates who live near one of these offices may have the opportunity to visit the office and attend in-person meetings with attorneys. The group anticipates a commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week. Responsibilities: The Real Property group includes real estate, land use, and construction & government contracts attorneys who work on large scale projects for a variety of private and public clients, including acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of real property, real estate portfolio management, land use permitting, and siting of developments.
