Manager, Application

Core Responsibilities:
* Support global application engineering departments to ensure "Best MS product per Application"
* Enforce Product standards through digital tools and individual specification
* Successfully lead the complex terms of customers applications with a technically impeccable solution
* Support the sales team by providing an optimal hot runner solution
* Provide application engineering guidelines to the sales- and application employees
* Support the sales team in technical project meetings
* Provide input to the global Product Team on product improvements and product demands to cover future molding and application
techniques and -methods
* Supply design solutions for non-standard applications, with support of the engineering department
* Ensures compliance with legal and corporate standards, policies and local regulations in job related terms and full compliance with
QM (Quality Management) requirements
* Carries responsibility for the relevant cost center
* Leads and manages direct reports, is responsible for development and timely performance review (if applicable)

Qualifications:
* Degree in tool making, plastic engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering
* High expertise in hotrunner application engineering
* Experience in the field of Injection molding process (Mold Design and Production Processes)
* Able to work independently
* Customer orientated
* Very good knowledge of the English & Mandarin language

Education Requirements:
* Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
