We Require
Two years in project management or supervision Bachelor's degree in program management, communications, or related field A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
Other Requirements
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete and pass a background check Employee must have reliable transportation, may have to travel to another location if coverage is needed Within one month of hire, all employees will be required to provide evidence of immunity or receive immunizations for vaccine-preventable illnesses for any position within the Maricopa County Department of Public Health; required immunizations include MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Tdap (whooping cough and diphtheria), Varicella (chickenpox), and annual Influenza; some positions require a Hepatitis B vaccine and/or a Tuberculosis test

Job Contributions
Oversee, coordinate, and provide technical assistance and support to VFCs regarding the Immunization Service and VFC and adult program requirements Participate in and coordinate with program management to oversee, coordinate with, and assist private and public to develop policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines for the VFC and adult programs and internal and external providers and partners Manage the onboarding of VFC healthcare providers and oversee compliance visits to VFC providers once every 24 months. Document visits in the CDC-supplied data collection tool. Collaborate with providers to resolve any issues identified Organize, measure, and address any issues/concerns that are elevated by the Community Service Representatives- VFC Provider Support Oversee, coordinate with, and assist private and public adult programs and internal and external providers and partners Recruit and provide on-site training to new VFC providers. Provide training on the VFC operations guide and CDC requirements Prepare required reports to funders, MCDPH leadership, partners, and stakeholders
Working Conditions
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, and requires walking or standing to a significant degree Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
