***This position is an Onsite role based out of our Atlanta, GA office***

About the role:

The Graphic Designer works within the marketing team to provide branding and campaign solutions for high-profile properties in a variety of markets. The role helps to provide art direction to uphold the Colliers visual branding.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production.

  • Provides design direction on layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. Manages the visual identity and entire design process from start to end.

  • Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including: brochures, maps, advertising, postcards, presentations, proposals emails and websites, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met.

  • Video development including editing and animation.

  • Large-format/ environment design and installation coordination.

  • Meets with teams to define project requirements and offers creative marketing solutions, producing marketing materials to the clients' satisfaction.

  • Sources and works with external vendors to complete projects in a timely manner and within budget

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience.

  • 2+ years of online design, advertising and email marketing experience. Experience with B2B marketing via social media is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or a related field

  • Previous commercial real estate experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Expert knowledge of printing technologies, including writing print specs, quote requests, and setting up print-ready files.

  • Strong design aesthetic, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet.
