As the Executive Administrative Assistant at Crescent Electric, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, primarily supporting the CEO in all administrative, operational, and logistical matters. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. PRIMARY DUTIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO and/or C-suite executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation. Act as gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication. Prepare, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, board decks, and presentations. Organize and manage leadership meetings, offsites, board meetings, and investor-related events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions. Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests; reply on behalf of executives where appropriate. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and assist in tracking strategic priorities, project timelines, and deliverables. Champion special projects and company-wide initiatives as directed by executive leadership. Serve as an ambassador of the executive office, reflecting the company's values and culture at all times.
SKILLS:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with discretion and efficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft polished, executive-ready communications. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Concur. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with executives, board members, and global stakeholders. Calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, preferred. 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, supporting C-level executives in a large, complex organization. Experience working in a large publicly traded, private-equity-backed, and/or family-owned company. Demonstrated familiarity with board governance practices and corporate legal documentation, preferred. Valid driver's license, with the ability to travel for business-related purposes as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Often standing, walking, sitting, use of hands/arms to finger/handle/reach needed. Occasionally climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching needed. Most of the time talking/hearing needed. Occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) for computer work needed. Ability and means to travel as required. May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
