THE ROLE Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an RPA Business Analyst Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will engage directly with business partners and colleagues to design and develop end-to-end custom software solutions across multiple departments at Entegris. What You'll Do Works with Manager to qualify and quantify automation opportunities through ideation workshops with business stakeholders Document business rules, decision logic, and exceptions handling for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) / Intelligent Automation solutions. Analyze business processes and workflows and identify opportunities for automation. Create detailed process documentation, including process flows, process diagrams, and process descriptions. Define business requirements for RPA solutions, and work with RPA developers to ensure that solutions meet those requirements. Identify areas of improvement, potential problems, and opportunities for growth Work with related developers to ensure that RPA solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business needs. Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team members Participate in testing and validation of RPA solutions and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and expectations. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of RPA solutions. What We Seek Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution while using business analysis skills as needed Individual should be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction Global orientation capable of working effectively across borders and cultures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Willing to work a rotational schedule to accommodate global team. Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year Working towards bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management information systems, procurement, supply chain, business analytics, data science or similar disciplines. Graduation date of Spring 2026 or 2027 Eligibility Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Should be able to drive to work and communicate over the phone Why Work at Entegris Lead.
