CLA is currently seeking a Hospitality Coordinator in our Charlotte, NC office. This pivotal role will provide essential support to our service team leaders and play a crucial part in managing various business functions through marketing and administrative support activities.

How you'll create opportunities in this Hospitality Coordinator role:

* Welcome and greet attendees.

* Facilitate a smooth and efficient registration process.

* Address, Guide, and Resolve attendee questions.

* Monitor and replenish supplies.

* Coordinate and host evening event experiences.

* Provide information about the broader campus amenities and activities.

* Assist attendee with transportation questions.

* Actively collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

What you will need:

* High school degree or equivalent required; working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred

* Exemplify CLA values: curious, collaborative, transparent, inclusive, and reliable.

* Passionate about impactful work, accountable, initiative-driven, honest, trustworthy, professional, and conscientious.

* Interest or experience in hospitality or event operations.

* This is on-site work with flexible hours including early mornings, nights and weekends.

* Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

* Promotes continuous improvement.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Willing to learn new technologies.

* Proficient with MS Windows and Office products.

* Reliable transportation.
