Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Utilize knowledge to provide support for all systems within Consumer Lending. (Customer Relationship Management - CRM, Loan Origination - LOS and Point of Sale Systems - POS. This includes data validation, account generation, end user assistance, troubleshooting, error resolution and UAT for upgrades. Shares knowledge to support and train team members. * Assist the Manager Business Support - CL with weekly/monthly divisional sales - service communications. * Prepares meeting presentation materials and reports including the creation of end user guides. Reviews and assists in analysis of data for additional opportunities available to the division. Inputs, tracks results and keeps management informed. * Develops more robust reporting for business lines through utilization of Excel and other web based tools. * Help advance knowledge and output of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Lead Mailbox (CRM) to support Consumer Lending. | |
