Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network/System Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Addison, TX, Charlotte, NC, and Jacksonville, FL. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Accountable for all M365 client endpoint designs and builds Responsible for the M365 client suite design, build process, packaging methodology, deployment and update mechanisms Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune (or other MDM/MAM solutions) for mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) Develop and maintain security policies, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for mobile devices Manage the lifecycle of M365 applications and other business apps on mobile devices, including deployment, updates, and decommissioning Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile device management, applications, and related services for end-users and other IT teams Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to mobile device management and data protection Monitor the performance of the MDM/MAM environment and optimize configurations for efficiency and stability Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and training materials for end-users and other IT teams Collaborate with other IT teams, including network, security, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and support for mobile device management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly in the areas of MDM, MAM, and device management Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies Experience with mobile device management platforms (MDM/MAM) for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices Familiarity with security policies, identity and access management, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for device management Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Agile Practices Extensive technical capabilities as well as the ability to work with a team of senior technical professionals in a high paced environment Desired skills: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSD) Pay Range: $63.68-$71.68 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
