JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Communications Programs to lead the development, planning, execution, and optimization of integrated communications initiatives that support Claritev's vision, purpose, values and goals. This leader will oversee internal communications, executive visibility and messaging strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency across all audiences and channels. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and lead a high-performing communications team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in communications program management with and to all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and experienced leader who can turn insights into actionable plans that drive business impact. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SCOPE: The AVP of Communications Programs will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic communications programs that drive engagement for associates and executive audiences. The AVP will work closely with the C-suite and HR to create cohesive and effective communications strategies. Additionally, the AVP will lead a team of communications professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications strategy, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful communications programs. |
