The Role
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to manage the successful execution of Sales Readiness Training and Development programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and delivery of onboarding and ongoing programs. Essentially, you will orchestrate the collaboratively developed moving parts to ensure that we build valuable, relevant sales readiness programs for the field in a timely manner.

This role requires strong program management skills to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure enablement initiatives are executed on time and at high quality. Because this role touches every level of the business, it provides a unique opportunity to build cross-functional relationships, showcase strategic impact, and gain broad organizational visibility.

Responsibilities



  • Co-design and manage scalable onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain structured curricula, learning paths, and certification programs for ongoing skill development.
  • Partner with sales top performers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify best practices and training needs to align enablement initiatives with desired outcomes
  • Facilitate the delivery of engaging training sessions, workshops, and blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, and self-paced).
  • Using other ad hoc field based learning and webinar sessions, identify high value sessions that can be repurposed for Onboarding and Ongoing programs
  • Continuously assess program effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and business impact data; refine programs accordingly.
  • Help to maintain a repository of enablement resources and training materials to ensure easy access and consistent knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, learning technologies, and enablement trends to enhance the employee experience.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or L&D, with a proven track record of managing onboarding and development programs for sales roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong program management and organizational skills: able to independently manage multiple complex projects, drive execution, and deliver measurable results at a scale.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing impact, and iterating programs for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with enablement technologies (LMS, CMS, e-learning, microlearning platforms) and sales/field tech stacks a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.


Travel Requirements:

Travel less than 20% for training delivery, field meetings, and sales events. Flexible schedule needed to support global field teams across time zones.
