Position Summary:
The Senior Rehabilitation Therapist - Adult Outpatient:
* Coordinates patients' entry into the Community Psychiatry Program to ensure a single point of entry for all referrals for mental health services.
* Identifies cases meeting criteria for case management and psychiatric rehabilitation.
* Maintains a current knowledge base of all available resources.
* Ensures that all requests for psychiatric care are triaged, referred, and/or scheduled to appropriate providers in a responsive and sensitive manner.
* Supports the ongoing enhancement of the program and profession by providing quality care, resource management, and patient-centered service.

Education:
* Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a closely related field from an accredited academic program.

Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:
* No certification, registration, or licensure required.

Experience:
* Two to three years of related experience in mental health, case management, or psychiatric rehabilitation required.
* Strong knowledge of community mental health resources preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to triage and coordinate care in a clinical environment.

Salary Range: Minimum 24.54/hour - Maximum 40.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
