Senior Product Manager - Value Based Care

The Value-Based Care Product Manager, Senior leads the development, implementation, and operational oversight of digital health solutions. This position requires the ability to design, launch, and manage digital products that enhance patient outcomes, support care teams and care transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enable the shift to value-based contracting. This role demands the ability to skillfully drive disruptive innovation, while effectively collaborating with internal teams including clinical, operational, and technical partners while also managing external partnerships and outsourced relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Leveraging agile methodologies, this role combines innovative product vision with a pragmatic approach to execution and continuous improvement to optimize patient care and support the health system's transition to value-driven care models. This role is part of our Value-Based Care Institute (VBCI) products and analytics team and works with limited supervision.


Key Responsibilities
Product Management
oLead the design, development, and deployment of digital health solutions, ensuring they meet our goals for human experience, are scalable, and are in support of our care model and our clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
oManage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital health products, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with systemwide strategies, value-based care and population health initiatives.
oEngage subject matter experts and stakeholders in the product development and delivery management processes.
oLead the design, development and maintenance of value-based care playbooks in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders.
oEnsure training, education and best practices related to use of digital health solutions are developed and delivered.
Operational Oversight
oEnsure digital health solutions meet the operational needs of value-based care objectives with a focus on the support of the care model across our diverse population health programs.
oEnsure that digital health solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
oMonitor product performance, utilizing data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in outcomes and efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
oCollaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure digital health products meet our enterprise needs. Partner with clinical leaders, particularly provider champions (employed and independent providers/practice teams), clinical informaticists, care management and population health teams, health plan, and patient experience teams to ensure digital health solutions, population health management platform workflows, and analytics align with and support care delivery and our value0-based care model. Drive innovation in the care model through digital health product leadership.
oPartner with clinical, operational and financial leaders to prioritize features and capabilities and ensure alignment with the organization?s business priorities
oPartner with information technology (IT) and third-party vendors in the day-to-day operations of digital health products and shared services (identity, security, maintenance)
oPartner with information security, compliance, and privacy teams regarding the management and access to data to ensure the safe handling and appropriate use of protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII), especially as it relates to solutions access across the clinically integrated network and external partners.
oLead and participate in vendor selection processes as some product development will require coordination with third party solutions.
Technology and Systems Management
oParticipate in the selection, implementation, and optimization of digital health platforms, tools, and systems.
oEnsure solutions governance policies and processes are followed and participate in governance related activities.
oRemain current on emerging technologies and digital health solutions to enhance the organization?s capabilities.

EDUCATION:
Minimum of 7 years of experience. A bachelor?s degree is considered to meet 3 years of experience; a master?s degree is considered to meet an additional 1 year of experience, and a doctorate degree is considered to meet an additional 2 years of experience. Other relevant formal training in product development and healthcare operations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications
?Formal training or work experience in healthcare industry, product managers from consumer and retail may be considered.
?Knowledge of the healthcare industry and passion to improve the health outcomes of the communities we serve.
?Proven ability to drive innovation through a product mindset, culture, and matrix-organizational structure.
?Success in managing digital products from concept to launch
?Experience with agile development, human-centered design, and digital transformation
?Ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical leaders and decision-makers including verbally, in writing, and through effective visualizations.
?Ability to engage with technical teams.
?Genuine curiosity to dive deep into operational workflows and engage with stakeholders to design better solutions.
?Deep commitment to continuous learning as part of a cross-functional team that includes clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
?Knowledge of healthcare systems, value-based care, population health, and applicable regulatory frameworks including knowledge of value-based enterprise agreements
?Understanding of clinical workflows and clinical operations as they relate to value-based care and population health
