Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Holiday Decorator Duration: 3 Months+ Location: 181 E Halsey Rd, Parsippany NJ 07054-3731 Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm Pay rate: $17.50/Hour on W2 without benefits Job Description: The main function of a holiday decorator is to produce timely and cost-effective holiday designs. Role & Responsibilities: Complete holiday displays for customer facilities. Assemble and decorate new holiday orders per the specifications of each order. Work within warehouse facilities and on customer worksites. Install and service replica foliage and poinsettia, holiday decor, ambient scenting and stunning wall art for commercial businesses. Required Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage one's time. Ability to work on ladders and scissor lifts. Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Previous experience with design. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years' experience. People with previous creative design experience preferred but manager is looking for someone who is a creative or artistic person (Example: painting, display creation, etc). Will be working in a warehouse facility so need someone who is physically able to stand, bend, and has fine motor skills. Will be working on ladders up to 6 feet.
