The Center for Child Well-Being, housed within the Department of Psychiatry in the University of Missouri School of Medicine, seeks a Senior Coordinator to support Early Childhood Programs, including the Inclusion Child Care Services Program. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in special education and/or extensive experience working with children ages 0-5 who have atypical mental, behavioral, and/or physical development. A highly qualified applicant will have strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Serve as Program Lead for the Inclusion Child Care Services Program, maintaining responsibility for project oversight, deliverables, and staff. Shift Type: 8am-5pm M-F, occasional nights and weekends to accommodate trainings. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology (clinical or developmental), or other related field. Credentials: State certification or licensure in education, mental health, or a related field Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience in early childhood education settings preferred Additional Training: Experience with evidence-based frameworks such as the Pyramid Model, Conscious Discipline, trauma-informed care, etc. Anticipated Hiring Range
Anticipated Hiring Range: $52,915.20-$96,054.40 Application Materials
